In less than three sentences tell us about your company and what you do.

Life Is Organized offers one-on-one coaching for women entrepreneurs who are overwhelmed by demands and distractions.

I help them master focus, simplify systems, and build solid routines, so they take back control in their biz and at home.

What does BEING a FoundHer mean to you?

It means that I can be part of an amazing community to nurture and support women founders in their entrepreneurial journey. It means that I have an opportunity to make an impact on women, their mindsets, beliefs, and actions. I would be honored to get to do that!

How do you support other female founders and women in business?

I mentor female entrepreneurs in my community (Nashville)

Let’s talk social media—who handles it for your company (you, an internal team member, an outsourced solution?) and what is the secret to making it successful? What is the biggest challenge?

My fabulous assistant, Brooke, handles all my social media. Success secrets include:

1) consistency

2) transparency

3) value

4) relatability

My biggest challenge is getting on video! I know it's effective...and I do it...but it takes a lot of self-persuading to get me to do it.

What is something you do differently from the industry standard?

My style is to view an individual as a whole person including work, life, and everything in between. Most productivity experts focus on being more efficient at work and most organization experts focus on being more effective at home.

With my background as a professional organizer combined with my expertise as a productivity coach, my clients walk away with processes and systems for their work life AND their personal life. We'll refine the way they manage their calendar, email, team, marketing, and projects as well as their workouts, meal plans, travels, and personal bills. Life is integrated and so are our goals and priorities. Why not have it all running successfully?

What are three strategies you use to market your business, grow brand awareness and generate bottom line growth?

Staying engaged with clients, prospects, and fans is a top priority for me. This is why I have been consistent about publishing content for over a decade. I love sharing valuable tips and strategies through my weekly blog as well as my podcast, Productivity On Purpose.

You can also find me consistently posting across social platforms: IG, LI, and FB under Life Is Organized. I encourage viewers and listeners to answer questions, leave comments, and provide feedback. It's where much of my content comes from. Fans know they can expect transparency, simple tips, and a dose of humor.

Whether I'm speaking, training, coaching, or marketing, leaving people with actionable next steps is my trademark. I always have them walk away with at least one tangible action they can put into practice immediately. This allows me to hold them accountable and for them to establish a relationship with me.
