Dear FoundHer… is the network that has helped countless female entrepreneurs and small business owners turn confusion into clarity, overwhelm into strategy, and isolation into community. Are you ready to turn those long solo hours into meaningful connections that drive your business forward?
Introducing The Dear FoundHer… Forum
Your go-to space to build, grow, and scale your business with the support you deserve.
The Dear FoundHer… Forum is the community designed for female entrepreneurs over forty who are looking to connect, learn, and grow. It’s where we go from “doing this alone” to “building something amazing together.”
What our community is saying…
Over the past year, female entrepreneurs have been connecting through our Dear FoundHer… community— forming partnerships, exchanging insights, and helping each other grow. Now, it’s time to take what we’re building together to the next level.
Raise your hand if you….
Feel like you’re always hustling but you’re still struggling to stand out.
Find yourself wondering how others manage to come up with fresh, compelling content every week to drive awareness and sales.
Crave a network that goes beyond LinkedIn or your local chamber—something deeper, where real connections and support happen.
Want to create meaningful collaborations with likeminded business owners.
Want to expand your network through trustworthy referral sources.
Are juggling a hundred things and struggling to stay organized.
Here’s the thing: if you’re feeling all of the above, it’s not because you lack the talent or drive.
The real problem is that so many of you are working alone, but building a business doesn’t happen in isolation. Growth requires support, insights, and collaboration with people who know the challenges you’re facing.
And that’s exactly what the Dear FoundHer… Forum offers—a community to keep you connected, inspired, and on the path to growth.
Imagine if…
You could brainstorm with other women founders who understand the daily challenges.
You had a place to go for feedback, referrals, and support—no gatekeeping, just genuine connection.
You could ask your biggest business questions and receive multiple trusted answers.
You had a network that felt like a safety net, a sounding board, and a source of real growth.
You had a mentor you could meet with once a month to have your questions answered.
Say goodbye to feeling stuck and isolated and hello to a community that supports your growth and celebrates your wins.

Meet Lindsay Pinchuk, Founder of Dear FoundHer…
Lindsay is a connector who thrives on the power of community.
With nearly 25 years of marketing + sales experience behind her, Lindsay Pinchuk is an award-winning entrepreneur, consultant, community builder, connector, storyteller, expert marketer, social media maven, spokesperson, on-air expert, podcaster, small business champion, and Mom.
With just a $500 investment, Lindsay left corporate America and founded her first company, a community for parents and parents-to-be. She turned a profit in year one and created unique partnerships with Target, Nordstrom, The Honest Company, Seventh Generation, Huggies, ULTA and many more.
Eventually she grew the company to 7-figures year-over-year in revenue, and built its community to reach over 3MM users monthly. Less than a decade later she led her company’s acquisition by a large agency holding company.
Lindsay exited her company with one goal: to help other female entrepreneurs to find their own success. And Dear FoundHer… was born.
Dear FoundHer… began as a podcast is now a thriving community and movement for women entrepreneurs over the age of forty. Through monthly events both in person and online, Dear FoundHer… now reaches thousands of women who rely on Lindsay and the community to guide them in building their own businesses.
Lindsay admits that she started my first company 15 years ago, she knew nothing and had no female founder friends.
She built her business without a support network of women who understood the ups, downs, and everything in between. But after a few years, that started to change. She began to network, and made lunch meetings and coffee dates with other female founders a priority.
Over the years, Lindsay’s continued to build her amazing female founder network. Not only has she connected with other women founders who are just as passionate and ambitious as she is, but she’s also connected many of them with one another.
Her goal is to give that same level of support to YOU—without the 15-year wait. She built the Dear FoundHer… Forum as a space for you to connect with like-minded women, find resources, and access the support you need to build and grow your business.
The Dear FoundHer… Forum is for you if:
You’re a woman founder over 40, starting, building, growing or scaling your business.
You’re looking for genuine connections and collaboration without competition.
You want to streamline your business, organize your goals, and reach new customers.
You need a space to talk about challenges openly and brainstorm with others who “get it.”
