What's your elevator pitch? (Ie. In one sentence, what do you do?)

Uplifting female entrepreneurs through the power of community

What's your story? Share how you got to where you are and WHY it is you do what you do.

Luisa is a visionary leader, charting a bold new course for women in the entrepreneurial world by empowering them with the resources they need to realize their biggest business dreams. Her own life is an inspiring story of resilience. At 18, she left home to escape an arranged marriage, and by 25 she walked away from an unhealthy marriage with just $1,000 and a car with a 6-month lease to her name. Driven by an innate thirst for more, Luisa rebuilt her life from the ground up—creating a home, career, and network from scratch. She hasn’t looked back since.

In 2017, Luisa took a brave leap into entrepreneurship and founded HERlocity, an online community helping mission-driven female entrepreneurs achieve their first $100K in revenue. Using her own experiences of breaking out of toxic cycles of worry, Luisa empowers women with the tools and support they need to build profitable businesses with courage.

Luisa has 15 years of experience working with Fortune 200 and 500 companies. She has guided startups, founders, and business owners across 10+ countries, based on the belief that entrepreneurship is the ultimate expression of freedom and purpose.

At what point did you make your company a full time gig? How did you know the time was right?

At 25, I left an unhealthy marriage to an HNWI (high-net-worth individual) when I realized I had backed myself into a trophy-wife corner.

What was an obstacle you overcame to get your business where it is today? Please share the story behind it.

In August of 2023, I had the darkest day of the past five years of my career; I took a four-month sabbatical and emerged from that inflection point clear on what I will be doing for the next 25 years of my life: supporting women on their journey to build a profitable and impactful business through clarity, community, and courage.
