In less than three sentences tell us about your company and what you do.

I own a performance coaching and real estate consulting company based in Boston, MA. Through performance coaching, I train clients to perform at their peak while balancing mind, body and spirit. Through real estate consulting, my team helps clients build wealth and legacy.

What does BEING a FoundHer mean to you?

It means to be a divine feminine leader and lead your company with heart and integrity for the betterment of conscious business and society.

How do you support other female founders and women in business?

I am constantly mentoring women of any company size to help them elevate any way that I can, especially through real estate and small business.

At what point did you make your company a full time gig? How did you know the time was right?

I started my first two restaurants when I was 21 years old. I was told by an intern supervisor that I was just "too ambitious". At that point, I realized that I needed to trailblaze my own path.

What is something you do differently from the industry standard?

I have always done business from the heart and with integrity. I have always advised my clients the way I would advise my own family. This has served me tremendously well in business and made me hyper successful in such a competitive industry.
