Who is Janna Ronert?
Janna, who was born on a farm in Nebraska, was always a self-made businesswoman and she worked with Fortune 100 companies prior to training as an esthetician. She launched what has become the #1 professional spa and salon brand in the US and loved by celebrities such as Hailey Bieber, Scarlett Johansson, Winnie Harlow, and more.

IMAGE Skincare is the professional skincare brand with formula's developed by chemists, physicians, and skincare professionals. After struggling with her own skincare woes, Janna created IMAGE’s iconic VITAL C Hydrating Anti-Aging Serum using a combination of natural and active ingredients. From here, IMAGE Skincare was born and has propelled the company into exponential growth - this award-winning vitamin C formula now sells twice every single minute! Today, IMAGE Skincare is the go-to product for over 50,000 skin experts in 60 countries across the globe.

Originally from Nebraska, Janna has always dreamt of inspiring women across the world with her passion, dynamism, and leadership. Being a FoundHer means being able to share learnings with other women so we all rise.

She is an active member in several renowned organizations such as C200, where she serves as Council Leader for Entrepreneurial Success; Board Leader of, RISE UP, a women empowerment program partnered with MidOcean; IWF (International Women’s Forum); IMPACT Women; TCI (The Commonwealth Institute; EWA (Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation; and WBC (Women Business Collaborative).
What lesson or skill did you take with you from a prior job to help you succeed in your role today?
Trained as an esthetician in order to be able to understand skin, skincare ingredients, and formulate clean, clinical products. Now, IMAGE is used by over 60k professionals across the world.
What is something you do differently from the industry standard?
IMAGE Skincare set out to pioneer the clean, clinical space. The brand is a collection of products and treatments that are exceptionally efficacious, ingredient-driven, and clinically proven to deliver results, catering to all skin types and concerns.
