What does BEING a FoundHer mean to you?

Being a FoundHer is being a woman who is willing to share her heart and soul's work with the world. To take courageous leaps into the unknown in the name of making an impact that creates the type of powerful change humanity craves for.

How do you support other female founders and women in business?

I support female founders and women in business in becoming the type of leaders that are a walking living role models of what is means to be a female entrepreneur who has it all and gives her all with ease and confidence. A lot of female coaches, therapists and healing professionals have been certified in my method. Providing them with everything they need to make the biggest impact on humanity. Allowing them the opportunity to expand their services from just 1-1 work to groups and retreats. Training them in a method that has them feel confident in the craft, able to raise their prices and experiencing their clients feeling deeply satisfied by the results they achieve.

At what point did you make your company a full time gig? How did you know the time was right?

I went full time right away. And...it was 10 years in the making. I never rushed it because I wanted to make sure I was living it, that I was embodying it. It was at that point I knew I was ready.

How did you land your first client?

My first client was a referral from a girlfriend of mine who is a nutritionist. Her client was complaining about her romantic relationship, so she told her to contact me. She lives in Dubai. So my first client was international.

What is something you do differently from the industry standard?

My work is super deep. I can't tell you how many times I have clients - who have been in the self development space say that they have never experienced such deep healing and transformation. And they feel empowered to create their future. I have a complete method and process, so it's not just about addressing the "issue" that the clients comes with, which keeps the client and the coach in reaction mode. My proven method is about being proactive in creating a whole new foundation for the client. Setting them up for success in knowing that no matter what the future hands them (challenges and opportunities for growth) that they are equipped and resilient to handle it.

Did you raise capital? What was the process and avenue you chose to take?

No, I didn't raise capital. I invested in myself for 10 years, working with different mentors and identifying the best tools. How I knew I was ready, was that I experienced the deepest transformation. So, when I started my business, 8 years ago..it took off. I did $122k my first year with no website or social media presence. All through word of mouth and referrals. Some called it luck, I say it was 10 years in the making. I was prepared with all the key things .

What would you do differently if you were starting your business today?

I would have invested 70% back into my business and hiring the experts to lay down the strongest foundation. I would have asked for more written/video testimonials. I would have invested in courses to learn the things that were a weakness to me like social media marketing, copy and funnel building. I would have niched down sooner.

What are three strategies you use to market your business, grow brand awareness and generate bottom line growth?

I go on a lot of podcasts. I am very good with long form content, as I am a great story teller and give away a lot of my tools. I network in person and via social media, forming loyal affiliates. Referrals, I grew my whole business to over multiple 6 figures on referrals because the results speak for themselves. Still where I get the most growth from.

What was an obstacle you overcame to get your business where it is today? Please share the story behind it.

The biggest obstacle was really believing in myself as a CEO. That I had what it takes. Making difficult decisions to let go of people that worked for me that were no longer in the highest alignment. Choosing to consolidate some of my offerings as I shifted from coach to mentor and trusting that it was the right move and that ultimately this is how I get to make the biggest impact.

I had a very successful 2020/2021, but some of the people that worked for me, who I hired right before the business doubled were just riding my coat tails, and when things got challenging 2nd half of 2021, I got to see true colors. I learned from that experience that I have to choose to be the one to lead this company, and that no one will value and respect it as much as I do. So I made difficult choices, went into a dark unknown tunnel for 18 months, suffered financial losses, yet I kept going, I didn't give up. I came out with clarity, belief in myself as a CEO and a dream team that truly feels in alignment.
