With over 20 years of business expertise, I specialize in organizing meetings and events, offering boutique services with a strong focus on logistics and seamless execution.
What's your story?
After being in the industry for 12+ years of experience in meetings and events, I wanted to branch out and grow my own business. It wasn’t easy and was definitely super bumpy but I finally felt in control of my future by running my own events from beginning to end!
What does BEING a FoundHer mean to you?
I’m excited to share inspiration with fellow women-owned businesses as we as learn from them!
How do you support other female founders and women in business?
I’m always looking to support women-owned and small businesses first when making a purchase or a referral!
Who is a female entrepreneur you look up to and why?
Love Sara Blakey. She’s someone who took charge of her life and created an empire. I’m not looking for an empire but definitely want to expand my circle!
What are the first five things that you did when you were starting your business?
1. Hired an accountant.
2. Networked everywhere.
3. Renewed my passport.
4. Created a website.
5. Made a logo.
At what point did you make your company a full time gig? How did you know the time was right?
After 6 months, I needed to be full time as my business grew. I don’t think you ever know it’s the right time, but you do know you need to take that leap!
What lesson or skill did you take with you from a prior job to help you succeed in your role today?
No job is ever too small or too big & FAKE IT ‘TIL YOU MAKE IT.
